Society challenge we tackle and our approach to solving it:
Harmful consumerism dominates all communication channels. Big corporations spend a fortune on communication (advertisement) to legitimize their destructive business practices. They shape our societal consciousness and define what we perceive as "normal". Communication affects all areas of our life, behaviour and of our thinking. Especially manipulative marketing tactics do influence the way people consume and live. The narrative of consumerism and capitalism makes millions of people behave in a way that is actually harming themselves. Furthermore we face a hugh problem of greenwashing and greenhushing.
We want to increase positive impact, including sustainability, social impact, inclusion in charity actions and changes of policies with our following activities:
We are sustainable communication experts from different fields: design, photography, web design, text & video production. We all have in common that we work environmentally friendly. Even more important is who we work for, because we share one goal:
the transformation of society towards more sustainability and social justice.
Therefore, it is obvious for us that we do not want to communicate for environmentally harmful corporations, but to spread the messages of social enterprises and NGOs. We believe that ethical communication is a decisive factor in shaping a future worth living. However, we also know that the topic of sustainable communication receives too little attention in our target group. Sometimes because of not knowing, for capacity reasons or because budgets are too small.
Our solution is a collective of sustainable communications experts organized into a lean marketing cooperative to provide agency services exclusively to eco-social organizations at low costs. Affordable, out of one hand and sustainable. Espacially compared to conventional advertising agencies.
