Society challenge we tackle and our approach to solving it: The fashion industry is one of the world's most slave-owning and polluting industries in the world. COSH! is convinced that when all stakeholders work together
together, it will be possible to move the industry towards more ethical jobs and a circular economy. Consumers want to know the environmental impact of the products they buy, but don't know how, and they suspect brands and retailers of promoting greenwashing, but retailers don't know how to communicate the eco-responsibility of their products so that consumers are aware of it. It is difficult for retailers who are genuinely committed to a more sustainable approach to gain visibility in the face of
greenwashing claims made by the big brands. As part of the "Green Deal", cities will have to take steps to move towards to a circular, climate-neutral economy by 2050.
This is why at COSH! thanks to different tools, we make conscious shopping easy for consumers, while bringing visibility to eco-responsible retailers.

We want to increase positive impact, including sustainability, social impact, inclusion in charity actions and changes of policies with our following activities:
1. Sustainable impact and care for environment and nature
COSH! will work with sustainable and ethical brands, encouraging consumers to make conscious shopping choices through its digital platform. The goal is to significantly reduce the environmental footprint of the fashion industry by letting the customer vote through their wallet and contribute to the preservation of nature and resources.

2. Social impact, including impact on the underserved (vulnerable, etc.)
COSH! will work to empower marginalised communities and make a positive social impact. This may entail working with local artists and craftspeople from disadvantaged groups, promoting fair trade principles, and creating opportunities for skill development along with fair employment. Additionally, the project will support firms who value inclusivity and diversity within the fashion sector by supporting fair labour standards.

3. We offer discounts to sustainable color entrepreneurs for more diversity. We work with Fashion Revolution, a global non-profit movement dedicated to changing the fashion industry. We offered free subscriptions to Liege entrepreneurs after the floods. Furthermore, we take on trainees seeking to reintegrate into the world of work. Finally, we offer free sustainable development advice thanks to Niki's experience and the research team.

4. Given your knowledge of the society challenge to which your impact venture is related - do you think that the problem could be solved by some change in policies, regulations or measures? What would you change?

COSH! will actively advocate for policy and regulatory changes to support its mission. This may involve engaging with policymakers and government bodies to promote sustainable practices, enforce stricter regulations on environmentally harmful practices, and incentivize businesses to adopt sustainable approaches. COSH! will use its platform to raise awareness about the need for policy changes and mobilize its community to support impactful policies and regulations.

Overall, COSH! aims to have a comprehensive approach, addressing both environmental and social aspects of sustainability. By promoting conscious shopping, supporting underserved communities, participating in charity actions, and advocating for policy changes, COSH! seeks to make a positive and lasting impact on the fashion industry and society as a whole.
