Activating start-up women entrepreneurs
Criteria:
- Future entrepreneurs who are preparing for the establishment and have a defined business model, want mentoring.
- Their activities are based on knowledge, technology, environmental orientation (social responsibility).
- Micro and small enterprises segment (up to 10 employees).
- Indicators are measured at start-up, after 6 months, after 12 months.
At inclusion:
- Assessment of the business model.
- Estimated monthly / annual realization.
- Market coverage (local, regional, national, international).
- Employees and projected employment.
- Innovation of the business model (improvement of activities, expansion of supply, market).
Activating working women entrepreneurs
Criteria:
- Operating women entrepreneurs who are interested in growth and internationalization and have a defined business model want mentoring.
- Activities based on knowledge, technology, environmental orientation (social responsibility).
- Micro and small enterprises segment (up to 30 employees).
- Partnership evaluation (we encourage entrepreneurial partnerships, groups).
- Indicators are measured at start-up, after 6 months, after 12 months.
Business model assessment:
- Monthly upon entry / annual realization.
- Market coverage (local, regional, national, international).
- Employees and projected employment.
- Innovation of the business model (improvement of activities, expansion of supply, market).
ACTIMPACT PROGRAM (for women entrepreneurs)
- Diagnosis in setting business goals.
- Training for entrepreneurial growth.
- Monitoring entrepreneurial growth after training.
- Evaluation at the end of the training, assessment of impactation.
- International activities (participation in fairs, conferences, exhibitions).
- Networking.
- Participation in the annual event »500 Podjetnic« and other events organized by Skupnost slovenskih podjetnic or partners in the ACTIMPACT project.
- Knowledge bank - access to expertise.
- Opportunities for technical assistance and expert advice.
- Uses of space at the community headquarters Skupnost slovenskih podjetnic.
In total, the program includes more than 80 hours of lectures and individual consultations. Participation in networking events and international activities are optional.
