Unlocking Private Capital for Social Good in Central & Eastern Europe: A Game-Changer

Social Impact Alliance for Central and Eastern Europe has just released a new in-depth analysis, “Unlocking Private Capital for Social Good in Central & Eastern Europe.” This report marks a significant step in the  journey to harness the vast potential of private capital for the betterment of the CEE region. So, what does this report entail?

This comprehensive analysis explores various critical perspectives:

  • Country Perspective: It provides an overview of all 11 CEE countries studied, including key macroeconomic data, the legal landscape, insights into donations and volunteering, barriers to mobilizing private capital, and sector expectations.
  • Target Group Perspective: A detailed analysis of insights related to ten specific target groups, from family businesses to academia, offering valuable insights into their potential impact on social good.
  •  Knowledge Area Perspective: Dive into thematic insights such as Sustainable Development Goals, tax schemes, and capacity building, revealing numerous avenues for leveraging private capital for social good.

 

This report also offers a special focus on Ukraine, examining foreign aid from the perspective of its inhabitants in the context of the ongoing conflict.
