Impact Design is a systemic design and methodological production method for society’s challenge solutions with positive, high-impact.
Impact design can be complex and sometimes demanding for some impact ventures. Therefore, we modified and simplified the process for them to introduce basic impact knowledge and inclusion of impact to their business models.

Simple Impact Design is a method of designing and scaling impact tailored to “impact micro-enterprises”.
As impact micro-enterpseris, we understand ventures initiated by individuals or small teams, underserved individuals, start-up impact entrepreneurs in very early stages and other “future” impact entrepreneurs with limited capacities and resources.

We are developing Impact Design within the ActImpAct project supported by Google.org and implemented in the period 2022-2023. The published version is a »work in progress« tested on two pilot projects (Wood Belt, Impact Fashion) and used by 150 ventures included in the ActImpAct project.

The goals of Simple Impact Design are:
- Raising awareness about the benefits of integrating impact design in micro-entrepreneurship
- Engaging the underserved in impact entrepreneurship
using impact design to scale the impacts of micro-enterprises involved and increase their innovation and competitiveness
We provide impact insight by organizing workshops and events, preparing documents, and promoting impact design in society.

A simple impact design score is a self-assessment process in which you work on selected indicators to maximise the impact of your society’s challenge solution (SCS).
Scoring is divided into selected impact fields and impact indicators.
Depending on the situation, you can score each indicator with six different scores. For each indicator, you must define goals and activities for a specific period.
The self-assessment process can take from 1 to several hours. You can also save your work and continue later.
IMPACT FIELDS, IMPACT GROUPS AND IMPACT INDICATORS
